The position of Executive Officer is THE key role in the Business Continuity Training organisation, requiring flexibility, initiative, attention to detail and an ability to work unsupervised. The Administrator is the link between customers and suppliers and the BCT training operation, dealing with telephone calls, emails, letters and contracts.
