Charlie Maclean-Bristol, MBCI, FEPS, CPP - Head of Training
Charlie's career started in the military and then into emergency planning and business continuity. After a successful career working within the public utilities sector Charlie founded Plan B Consulting. He is now a highly experienced consultant and has worked across a wide variety of sectors. He is a Member of the Business Continuity Institute and a Fellow of the Emergency Planning Society. He routinely talks at business continuity events, has had a number of articles published in trade journals and is a visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire on their Emergency Planning and Disaster Management MSc.
In 2005, Charlie was short listed for 'Business Continuity Manager of The Year' at the Business Continuity Awards 2005 and for ‘Business Continuity Consultant’ of the Year in 2009. Charlie took the BCI Certificate Exam in June and passed with merit!

Lauchlan Maclean-Bristol - Operations
Lauchlan is responsible for ensuring that our courses are sold in an effective and responsible way through all established avenues. His responsibilities include all course administration and bookings. He has extensive experience in marketing and delivering training courses in a range of areas.

Charlotte Ward, ACA - Finance Manager
Charlotte keeps the finances running smoothly within the busy BCT network.

Louise Sylvester - Internet Marketing
Louise ensures that the websites are running efficiently, newsletter go out on time, and that as much information is made available to our customers as possible. She is also responsible for making sure that you can find us on internet search engines.

Sara Selwood - Administrator
Sara looks after all the admin in the office, including ensuring joining instructions and certificates are issued on time and initial enquiries are dealt within a timely manner.

Michelle Gregson - Marketing and PR
Michelle is the one who writes all the text for the website, produces brochure articles and speaks to all those journalists. She is also the one who deals with advertising enquiries.

Fiona Reeves - Web Development
Fiona keeps the website and the resources download section operating correctly.
